When we introduced the iconic dish of bubble and squeak we had absolutely no idea how it would become the favourite and most highly regarded dish on the menu, so much so that foodies travel from all over Kent to enjoy it.
From the very outset only the finest locally sourced ingredients are used including Kent potatoes and the superfood Kale.
Alsace bubble and squeak is gluten free as it is prepared with potatoes and kale which are naturally gluten free so everyone can enjoy them.
They are made using vegan margarine & lightly dusted with a polenta flour coating so they are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, individuals with coeliac disease plus meat and fish lovers.
Alsace bubble and squeak is renowned for its unique round shape, it’s golden crispy polenta outside, smooth potato and finely chopped kale so even the most ardent vegetable haters including children can’t help but love it!
Bubble and squeak can be dressed up or down fit for the finest dining, special occasion or for a simple midweek lunch, dinner or breakfast.

For the last 5 years the product has only been available to enjoy at The Gallery Kitchen Café at Creek Creative but now you are able to buy and take home your own chilled bubble & squeak.
