Morrison's Community Champion Visit
We welcome Morrison's Community Champion who will be joining us at our coffee morning. Hayley will be bringing along a selection of coeliac and Free From foods from Morrison's store in Sittingbourne for us to try. This will be the perfect opportunity for all of us free from foodies to try some goodies and talk to Hayley about Morrison's range of products and also products we would like to be available. Free from chef Lorraine will be available for her culinary surgery so if you have any cookery quandaries it is the perfect time to ask for advice. Also consultant Nutritionist Victoria Shorland will be at hand throughout for those of you who would like nutritional advice. Safe eating & free from refreshments will be available to purchase from the gallery kitchen cafe.

Children's Summer Free From Cookery Demonstration
For August Positively Free From and Coeliac Community we welcome Kent Young Cooks Milly Jessop and Helena Martin who will be demonstrating how to make the Greek dish falafel with a minted yogurt dressing. This is a great opportunity for all young attendees to participate and sample this healthy vegetarian savoury dish.
There will be free from refreshments and eats available to purchase at the gallery kitchen cafe.

Visit From Nick Of Award Winning MB Farms
For October we welcome Nick founder of award winning MB Farms who will be guiding us through his free from range of butchery and how he achieves free from purity especially when preparing gluten free sausages. Lorraine King of Alsace Baking will be holding a meaty cookery demonstration and sampling using meats from MB Farms.
Victoria Shorland will also be at hand to give us the nutritional low down of a range of everyday meats we consume especially looking at additives in commercially produced products on the supermarket shelves.

Alsace Baking will be hosting a Christmas Pudding Bake Off as our next coeliac UK fundraising event.
